The Waretown Township Committee Wants More of Your Families Hard Earned Income

The Waretown Township Committee wants more of your families hard earned income. The Township Committee held its regular meeting on March 14, 2023. At that meeting the Township Committee voted to illegally send their employees inside of your home for the purpose of reassessing your home's value. The Township's motivation for reassessing your home's value is to force you to pay more in property taxes. ORDINANCE NO. 2023-6 reads:

The Township Committee claims it needs "Special emergency appropriations" in the amount of two hundred and fifty thousand dollars for the "preparation and execution" of their reassessment program. Ken Baulderstone, Ben Loparo, and Lydia Dodd want to use two hundred and fifty thousand of our tax dollars so they can "prepare and execute" a program that violates our 4th Amendment Rights and raise our taxes.

Please Join me at The Township Meeting on Tuesday, April 18, 2023, at 6PM . I intend to protest this unlawful search and seizure that the Township Committee intends to perpetrate upon us.
